What You'll Do

  • Manage and conduct onboarding for all new employees
  • Administer employee benefits (enrollment, updates, and employee support)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Payroll
  • Support Spanish-speaking team members
  • Assist with office and administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) - Required
  • Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
  • Strong communication skills
