Job description

Job Overview:
Senior TA Systems Operations Specialist
The Talent Acquisition team at Keurig Dr Pepper is a modern, forward-thinking organization committed to leveraging state-of-the-art technologies to attract and hire top talent. We are a highly driven, collaborative group focused on innovation, operational excellence, and bringing internal and external best practices to life. Our environment is fast-paced, inclusive, and designed to help you unleash your full potential.
As a Senior TA Systems Operations Specialist, you are an experienced talent acquisition operations professional who supports and enhances KDP's recruiting technology ecosystem, with primary emphasis on our applicant tracking system (iCIMS) and/or candidate relationship management (Eightfold) administration, process optimization, data integrity, reporting, and cross-functional project support. This role provides advanced support for system administration, reporting, data accuracy, and day-to-day operational work while identifying and escalating system issues, errors, risks, and process concerns as appropriate. Experience with HireVue is highly valued, but not required.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, analytical problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of recruiting technology, data, and process improvement. You are comfortable configuring and troubleshooting applicant tracking system workflows, partnering with recruiters and HR stakeholders, supporting integrations and system enhancements, and translating operational needs into simple, sustainable, and scalable solutions. You bring strong customer-service instincts, sound judgment, and the ability to manage work independently while collaborating closely with the broader Talent Acquisition Operations team.
This position is a hybrid role based in Frisco, TX, with in-office work from Tuesday to Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday.
Responsibilities
Platform Configuration & Administration
  • Serve as a senior operational and technical resource for KDP's Talent Acquisition technology stack, with primary focus on iCIMS ATS and/or Eightfold CRM administration, configuration support, maintenance, enhancements, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Support integrations and data flow between iCIMS, HireVue, Eightfold, Workday HCM, ServiceNow, and other recruiting or HR systems.
  • Configure and maintain user access, security roles, approval workflows, templates, fields, forms, and other system settings in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager and applicable HR, IT, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Lead or support enhancements, upgrades, release testing, and process changes, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, stakeholder communication, and change readiness support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiter efficiency, candidate experience, data quality, and process consistency through thoughtful use of existing recruiting technology and emerging tools, including Microsoft Copilot where appropriate.
  • Act as a liaison with external vendors and internal partners to support effective management of third-party recruiting technology partnerships, including iCIMS, Eightfold, HireVue, Workday, and other platforms.

Data Management & Reporting
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain recruiting data and reporting from iCIMS and related systems to help demonstrate operational effectiveness, identify trends, and inform process improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits of requisitions, candidate records, dispositioning, source data, user access, workflows, and other Talent Acquisition processes.
  • Support data governance, process documentation, and reporting standards across recruiting systems to help ensure consistent, reliable, and business-aligned talent acquisition data.
  • Support bulk updates, configuration changes, template maintenance, and data clean-up activities within iCIMS and adjacent platforms, ensuring changes are tested, documented, and communicated appropriately.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics outputs that support recruiter productivity, requisition and pipeline health, compliance, candidate experience, and leadership decision-making.
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting for Talent Acquisition leadership and business stakeholders, including operational scorecards, audit findings, process metrics, and system usage insights.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights that help the team prioritize improvements, monitor adoption, and strengthen recruiting operations over time.

Total Rewards:
  • Salary range: $76,400 - $118,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 year of experience in business systems, analytics, system administration, and reporting
  • Experience in HR or recruiting preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of iCIMS or Eightfold required
  • Knowledge of HireVue, Visier, Workday, or similar platforms highly desirable
