Overview
Bluewater Learning is seeking a Senior Blueprint Consultant to lead client engagements focused on Reporting, Integrations, and Data strategy within enterprise learning and talent ecosystems. This role is responsible for conducting discovery, developing actionable recommendations, and delivering Blueprint documents that guide client decision‑making and implementation planning.
The Senior Consultant is expected to independently own Blueprint engagements, work directly with client stakeholders, and deliver high‑quality, defensible outputs with limited oversight.
Core Responsibilities
Blueprint Delivery Ownership
- Own Blueprint engagements from kickoff through final delivery.
- Plan and lead structured discovery sessions with business, L&D, HR, IT, and data stakeholders.
- Synthesize discovery findings into clear current‑state assessments.
Analysis & Recommendations
- Evaluate reporting, integration, and data capabilities of SaaS platforms.
- Identify gaps, constraints, and tradeoffs between business needs and system realities.
- Develop prioritized, actionable recommendations grounded in platform feasibility.
- Create phased roadmaps aligned to client priorities and resourcing.
Client Engagement
