Responsibilities- Oversee the strategic growth of our Medicare division, ensuring we are reaching the people who need our guidance most.
- Mentor and support a team of dedicated agents, helping them hone their skills and grow their careers.
- Stay current on the ever-changing landscape of Medicare regulations to ensure our clients always receive accurate information.
- Engage with local healthcare providers and community centers in Wichita to build lasting, trust-based partnerships.
- Analyze our sales performance and adjust our outreach efforts to ensure we are consistently meeting the needs of the local senior population.
- Represent EIG Insurance Center at local health fairs and workshops, serving as a knowledgeable and friendly resource for the community.
Requirements- Current Resident Health and Life Insurance License in Kansas.
- Five or more years of experience in Medicare insurance sales and policy management.
- Deep understanding of Medicare Advantage, Supplement plans, and Part D prescription drug coverage.
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of coaching and mentoring sales teams.
- High level of comfort with digital enrollment platforms and health insurance data systems.
- A background in building community outreach programs or senior-focused initiatives.
