They are seeking a Senior .Net Developer to work closely with a small development team to deliver solutions for the Medicaid Incentive Payment System, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate excellent software development skills a in a .NET environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Assume a key technical role working closely within a small development team to deliver the solution for the Medicaid Incentive Payment System (MIPS).
• Work with systems manager, technical staff, and key stakeholders to help successfully development and implement a Medicaid EHR Incentive Payment System solution.
• Leverage Experience to ensure a successful solution delivery.
• Develop in accordance with architecture and based on industry standard patterns allowing the team to work effectively to meet overall project goals and specific project requirements.
• Assisting with the establishment of, and adherence to, development standards based on industry accepted methodologies and standards
• Participate in peer reviews within team to help ensure quality, adherence to standards and guidelines.
• Leverage experience working with code management, build, and unit testing.
• Envisioning solutions and planning development approach.
• Providing technical contributions at database, server, and UI layers.
• Unit test responsibilities for their components
• Adhering to best practices in software building, release management, and developer testing including source code management (e.g., Subversion, CVS, Visual Source Safe), automated builds (e.g., make, nant, Cruise Control), bug/enhancement tracking, test driven development, and related best practices.
