Job description

The Marketing Content Implementation Lead will support Citi's digital marketing automation and personalization efforts leveraging Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to engage with new and existing customers/clients. By implementing AEM, the specialist will support the execution of marketing plans through ideation, authoring, demonstration and reporting/analysis, as needed. The specialist will support the implementation of dynamic marketing content across multiple platforms, including meticulous focus on controls and required approvals to ensure flawless execution. As Implementation lead, a strong understanding of how to design A/B and multivariate Marketing tests, preferably using an automated testing tool (e.g., Adobe Target) is required. This role will partner closely with colleagues within the Marketing/IT/Digital organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams like marketers, designers, developers, copywriters and business leads to define, plan, and author consumer-centric digital experiences & campaigns in AEM.
  • Operate in AEM daily to create content fragments, apply meta-data and support authors in building marketing assets via online channels, email and offline channels.
  • Provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations throughout and at the conclusion of campaigns, based on milestones, success metrics and reporting requirements.
  • Support marketing test design with setting a hypothesis, selecting KPIs and goals, gathering requirements, defining test execution strategy, and measurement.
  • Work closely with marketing and design / creative leads to plan, design and launch A/B and multivariate marketing tests using automated testing tool.
  • Define campaign workflows, including validation rules, triggers, alerts, and automated responses.
  • Work cross-teams to identify related system or field needs to drive dynamic content; tagging and coding content and links for multi-channel tracking.
  • Own day-to-day project management, providing thought leadership and impactful recommendations on strategies to deploy AEM; independently create and maintain project schedules.
  • Lead discussions with business stakeholders to define requirements, map processes, plan, stand up pilots and launch.
  • Develop deep trust-based advisor relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high rating on 'customer satisfaction' inquiries.
  • Scope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities, help design solutions, and quantify potential impact.

Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience.
  • Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.
  • Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.
  • Solid communication, presentation and project management skills.
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Additional qualifications:
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience as a producer or program manager in an agile marketing environment.
  • 4+ years of experience working in AEM and Digital Asset Management (DAM).
  • Deep knowledge of AEM as a product, its architecture, product lifecycle and a strong understanding of AEM authoring capabilities, including publishing, shared content and experience fragments.
  • Experience with applying metadata to assets and governing refresh cadence.
  • Experience working with Adobe Target and good understanding of Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies - designing and orchestrating marketing tests (A/B, multi-variate).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, collaborate and synthesize feedback across multi-disciplinary teams such as product, strategy, marketing and / or creative teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to own multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and / or a Marketing workflow management tool (e.g., Aprimo).
  • Ability to demonstrate partnership and a will to win while driving success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Exposure to managing multiple content channels with marketing or financial background or similarly heavy-regulated field.
  • Strong understanding of best practices, industry standards, and trends.
  • Proven team player with ability to work across all levels in a high intellectual, collaborative, and fast paced environment.

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
