We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support higher education project activities in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can keep initiatives organized, manage project documentation with accuracy, and coordinate stakeholders across construction-related work. The role requires strong follow-through, clear communication, and the ability to maintain structured records throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, timelines, and communications to help keep construction-related initiatives on track.
• Organize, review, and maintain project records, ensuring documentation is accurately categorized and easy to retrieve.
• Use Relativity and document coding practices to manage files, support discovery needs, and preserve data integrity.
• Partner with project leaders, vendors, and institutional stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, and support key deliverables.
• Prepare status updates, meeting materials, and follow-up items to improve visibility into milestones and open actions.
• Monitor incoming documents and correspondence to confirm completeness, consistency, and alignment with project requirements.
• Assist with administrative and coordination tasks that support planning, reporting, and execution across multiple active projects.• Experience coordinating projects in a detail-focused environment, preferably involving construction or facilities-related work.
• Hands-on familiarity with Relativity and document coding processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed records and multiple priorities at once.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to track deadlines, maintain accurate documentation, and follow established project procedures.
• Proficiency with common project and office software used for reporting, scheduling, and file management.
