Job description


The Manager, Consolidation & Fulfillment Operations is responsible for the overall performance of the fulfillment and production operations, including transportation routing, customer service, and inventory control.
Essential Job Function
  • Plans and organizes staff, and directs all production/warehouse/transportation activities

  • Selects, trains, and motivates of the workforce

  • Assists the GM in establishing warehouse and manufacturing performance objectives

  • Accountable for achieving company objectives regarding cost, productivity, customer service, and profit

  • Responsible for managing and supervising all Team Leads, skilled and unskilled Production employees, Warehouse Workers, Material Operators, Shipping/Receiving/Inventory Control Clerks, Customer Service Representatives, and others needed to operate the fulfillment and production operations effectively

  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • B.A. Degree with minimum of 5 years of production, warehouse, and logistics experience; or equivalent combinations of education and/or direct experience

  • Experience in a Manufacturing/production environment

  • 3PL, warehousing and logistics management

  • General supervisory experience

  • Must have excellent systems skills

  • Skills in planning, staffing, budgeting, organizing, and communicating

  • Ability to develop effective relationships, provide leadership, and integrate diverse organizations and individuals toward profitability objectives

  • Ability to follow procedures and work instructions. But must have the ability to manage all level of personnel. Need to be able to listen and effectively understand our employee's needs and be able to help them effectively understand the company goals, as well as our customers. Must have strength in Management, Labor Control, and all Operations.

  • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.

  • The ability to operate office machinery is required, as well as to effectively operate on the computer systems and all required customer systems as well necessary personal computer programs.

Salary: $64,500 - $75,250/year base salary
This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting, however it may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand.
