Job Summary
As the Education & Training Manager, North America, you will oversee training initiatives from conception to deployment to analysis for our US and Canada Retail field. Training topics include, but are not limited to brand and culture, product knowledge and the customer experience.
Your primary goal will be to deliver measurably effective training programs and initiatives which assist Retail field teams in driving sales, building their talent and providing a seamless and memorable customer experience
Job Responsibilities
  • Training Execution, Facilitation and Coaching
    • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for training needs for Retail population
    • Perform needs analyses to identify strengths and opportunity gaps in existing training programs
    • Implement with excellence all training programs based on retail roadmap
      • Deliver impactful and memorable trainings either using face-to-face or virtual mediums
    • Provide in-store coaching on an as-needed basis on relevant topics
  • Develop Training Materials
    • Develop engaging and insightful training tools (both digital and physical) to build expertise on topics such as product knowledge, selling behaviors and the customer experience
    • Regularly analyze and review existing training tools for continuous improvement
  • All other duties or projects as assigned

Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor's degree require
Experience & Skills
  • 4+ years of experience in retail education or training, preferably within beauty, skincare, or luxury retail
  • Passion for developing people, elevating product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience developing engaging short-form video content for social media is preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Compelling communicator and facilitator with confidence delivering engaging education in both in-person and virtual settings
  • Collaborative, relationship-driven partner who works effectively across teams and with external stakeholders
  • Curious, agile learner comfortable adopting new tools and technologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with an LMS is a plus
  • Able to work in office or remote environments with reliable connectivity

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 - $85,000. Exact compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to, experience, skills and geographic location. In addition to annual salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
