We are a fast-paced, growth-focused company committed to innovation, employee development, and operational excellence. As we continue to evolve, we are seeking an Education amp; Training Manager to help modernize and lead our internal training and development programs.
Position Summary
The Education amp; Training Manager will lead the development, organization, and improvement of ROE’s corporate training systems and educational resources. This role will work cross-functionally with departments throughout the company to ensure employees have clear, accessible, and effective training materials and support.
This position is ideal for someone with a background in education, training, instructional design, dental operations, or a combination of both. Candidates who are passionate about process improvement, employee development, technology, and AI-driven organization tools are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
  • Revise, organize, and maintain company training systems, documentation, checklists, SOPs, and educational materials
  • Consolidate and streamline training resources into a comprehensive and user-friendly system
  • Utilize advanced technology and AI tools to improve training efficiency and knowledge management
  • Improve employee access to training materials and educational resources
  • Work directly with employees and managers in both one-on-one and group training environments
  • Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in developing onboarding, cross-training, and continuing education programs
  • Ensure training materials remain current, accurate, and aligned with operational processes
Qualifications
  • Experience in education, training, instructional design, dental, healthcare, manufacturing, or related fields preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing AI and technology-based tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset
  • Experience creating training documents, guides, or educational materials preferred
  • Leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience is a plus
