Join Our Team as an Athletic Trainer!

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Athletic Trainer to join our team at Orthopedic Institute in Sioux Falls, SD. As an Athletic Trainer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with athletes to provide top-notch care and support to help them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide injury prevention education and training to various athletes.
  • Evaluate and assess injuries to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs for injured athletes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate with coaches, parents, and athletes regarding injury status and treatment progress.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a baccalaureate degree, board-approved athletic training coursework, and passage of the Board of Certification (BOC) exam.
  • Licensure by the South Dakota Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners (SDBMOE)
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
