Team: Deployment & Implementation
Our client believes student success is everyone's business. Their platform connects students, universities, and campus resources in one unified digital experience-because when students are engaged, they stay.
We're looking for a Deployment Manager to lead their team of five deployment specialists who onboard universities onto our platform. This isn't a technical role-but it is a highly organized, people-centered one. You'll orchestrate multiple moving pieces, keep everyone (including customers) on track, and ensure every implementation runs smoothly from kickoff to launch.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of five Deployment Specialists responsible for university onboarding.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent deployment projects, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Act as the point person for internal stakeholders, helping to prioritize resources and remove roadblocks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Track project progress and metrics, using data to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Standardize best practices, refine processes, and drive continuous improvement across the deployment function.
  • Build trusted relationships with university partners and ensure their onboarding experience sets them up for long-term success.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or higher education.
  • 2+ years of people management experience with a knack for mentoring and motivating teams.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills-you're the person who keeps everyone calm, informed, and on schedule.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with grace and accountability.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where no two days look quite the same.
  • (Bonus) Familiarity with the higher ed landscape or experience working with universities.

Salary is 110k-120
