Would you like to be part of an ISV sales team focused on transforming education alongside the most prominent ISV companies in the global Education market?
Our EdTech ISV sales team supports the largest and most impactful Education Technology companies in the world as they strive to transform learning experiences and outcomes through application of AI and emerging technologies. We are looking for an Account Manager to work closely with a named set of enterprise EdTech ISV customers to drive growth and innovation with them. You will be responsible for establishing and fostering relationships, while generating and launching new opportunities across multiple accounts.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong bias for action, customer obsession, and a track record of consistently delivering results. This individual should possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to earn trust at the CXO level, various business stakeholders (Product, Finance, etc.), as well as with software developers, engineers, and IT architects. Key job responsibilities
Collaborate across all levels of the customer's organization, from C-suite executives to engineering, product management, and sales

Success in this role requires creative systems thinking and the ability to build relationships throughout the account. You'll execute collaboratively with extended teams to address the full spectrum of ISV customer needs.
As an AWS Account Manager, you'll own the strategic relationship and develop comprehensive strategies for customer adoption and AWS service deployment. Working hand-in-hand with AWS resources, including executives, partners, support teams, and solution architects

You will champion customer interests while balancing business objectives. This includes dotted-line responsibility for driving partnership and technical collaboration across the organization.
- Drive adoption of AWS' full suite of services into a portfolio of enterprise ISV customers
- Exceed annual revenue and design win targets
- Drive levers for growth of the business: inclusive of Account Plans, GTM programs to drive adoption of our ISV partners' products, working closely with marketing and the partner teams
- In partnership with Sales Ops, manage all operational aspects of the business; SFDC, etc.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with AWS Executives and Partner management teams
- Embrace and drive the Amazon culture; lead through our Leadership Principles
