Job description

Summary
The Associate Director of Business Development at NPHub drives revenue growth by expanding our university partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and implementing strategic initiatives to increase placements and market reach. This role combines proactive sales leadership with relationship management to academic health program partnerships nationwide.
As a key leader within the organization, the Associate Director builds and executes business development strategies, nurtures relationships with clients and partners, and manages the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. This role also contributes to strategic planning, market research, and competitive analysis to ensure NPHub maintains its leadership in the Nursing and Physician Assistant placement services.

Key Responsibilities
Help to identify, research, and qualify new market opportunities, prospective partners, and growth channels to expand NPHub’s clinical placement network.
Develop a strong lead tracking and engagement process to drive revenue and increase placements.
Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with universities, clinical sites, and other key partners.
Manage the sales process from initial outreach and lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing teams to achieve company revenue targets.
Participate in external meetings, webinars, and industry conferences to represent NPHub and build market presence.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and agreements aligned with NPHub’s growth goals.
Support contract negotiations and agreements with universities to maximize value and impact.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and progress tracking within CRM systems.
Provide strategic input to enhance service offerings and operational processes.
Support onboarding and mentorship of junior business development staff, as needed.
Other duties as assigned to drive business growth and operational excellence.
