What you will accomplish with us

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Managing various administrative support requests from employees within the sector;
  • Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading documents and PowerPoint presentations;
  • Preparing and producing various statistical and accounting reports;
  • Managing calendars, phone calls, and group activity schedules;
  • Planning and organizing internal and external meetings for the sector;
  • Coordinating business travel arrangements and reservations;
  • Managing expense reports, financial accruals, and invoice payments;
  • Producing budget tracking reports;
  • Managing office supply procurement;
  • Verifying consultant timesheets;
  • Collaborating closely with other administrative assistants and managers within the sector.

What could accelerate your success in this position

We are looking for a person who:

  • Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • Holds a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Secretarial Studies or an equivalent qualification;
  • Has advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote);
  • Is recognized for their attention to detail;
  • Stands out for their organizational skills;
  • Demonstrates a high level of efficiency;
  • Excels at problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Is highly comfortable working with computer systems and numbers;
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, proactivity, and a collaborative approach;
  • Has an intermediate level of English, as this person will be required to review documents and read and write emails in English with unilingual English-speaking partners on a daily basis;
  • Knowledge of Planview is considered (asset).
