Job summary: Under the responsibility of human resources, the incumbent drafts, produces and monitors various documents. He (she) contributes to the administrative efficiency of the department by performing the tasks related or required by the position. Responsibilities: Make and receive calls; Assists human resources in their functions; Writes and prepares various documents, correspondence; Maintains the register of documents in circulation and performs follow-ups; Maintains and enters data into the software and prints reports; Open files and classify documents; Ensures that important information is communicated to the various departments; Performs all other related tasks.
