Nous sommes a la recherche d'une adjoint(e) administrative motivee et ingenieuse qui veut travailler dans un environnement passionnant et stimulant.

Ce poste est 100% teletravail a domicile.

Ce que vous ferez:

  • Coordonner la circulation de l'information a l'interne avec d'autres departements au sein de l'organisation
  • Repondre aux demandes des clients et de l'equipe de vente sur le terrain en temps opportun
  • Extraire des rapports et des informations des systemes Ecolab
  • Compiler et modifier les details des presentations de plusieurs personnes et sources; distribuer des rapports aux parties prenantes
  • Preparer et tenir a jour des listes de mesures de suivi, des listes de questions et des plans de programme; Escalader les problemes rapidement
  • Faire preuve de jugement et prendre des decisions pour favoriser le flux de travaux et la priorisation

Remuneration:

Ecolab prevoit de bonne foi qu'elle paiera un salaire dans la fourchette indiquee. Ecolab is seeking an Administrative Assistant, 2 month contractworking remotely from home to provide critical administrative sales support to the field associates for a new project. In this role, you will participate in various projects and activities and provide advanced administrative support to leaders and the business. We are looking for a driven and resourceful Administrative Assistant who wants to work in an exciting and challenging environment.

This position is 100% remote working from home.

What You Will Do:

  • Co-ordinate the flow of information internally with other departments within the organization
  • Respond to requests from customers and field sales team in a timely manner
  • Pull reports and information from Ecolab systems
  • Compile and edit presentation details from multiple people and sources; Distribute reports to stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain action item lists, issues lists and program plans; Escalate issues promptly
  • Exercise judgment and make decisions to promote smooth workflow and prioritization

Technical Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Excellent organization, planning and administrative skills; precise attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Customer service focus and a pleasant telephone manner.
  • Ability to interact effectively and liaise in a professional manner with other departments and divisions.
  • Exceptional dependability with respect to attendance.
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and keyboarding skills. Working knowledge of SAP is a definite asset.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bilingual - French/English due to the following reason : The role posted will be supporting customers who are anglophone
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Post secondary education preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PPT)
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position

Compensation:

Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation for a potential new employee such as education, training, experience, work location, travel (if required), etc. $23.26 - $25.00/ hour. This position pays an hourly rate.
