Summary:
This position's main purpose is to sell the guest a trial membership program (Discovery); this allows the client to experience Travel + Leisure firsthand.
How You’ll Shine:
Conduct digital survey regarding guests' experience and present the Discovery program professionally, with the goal of selling guests the Discovery program.
Answer all guests’ questions accurately in accordance with company sales quotas for a Discovery Associate.
When a guest purchases, you will prepare a digital worksheet including all required information.
Answer all post sale client inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
Any other assigned duties as requested by supervisor.
Meeting the established sales quotas for Discovery Associates.
What You’ll Bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
Must have proven sales experience.
Ability to make effective sales presentations utilizing technology and work independently.
