Job Description:

We are currently looking for innovative, strategic SaaS eDiscovery professionals as part of our newly formed Inside Sales group.

What you will do:

  • Develop subject matter expertise in eDiscovery, the new Epiq Discover+Assist SaaS application, as well as associated managed and professional services within your territory.

  • Position Epiq to become a trusted advisor to clients and prospects while working to identify new opportunities to modernize or upgrade their eDiscovery platform within their business.

  • Qualify prospects with fact-based criteria through active listening, sharing client relevant solution content via LinkedIn, and other social media outlets.

  • Stay informed of current trends in the eDiscovery SaaS market and the targeted industry verticals at large, in order to understand how Epiq's SaaS solution can best add value for prospective clients.

  • Maintain a high call volume, ensuring multiple conversations with prospects daily

  • Create and manage sales pipeline, achieving sales booking goals.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce.com following our sales and marketing processes

  • Partner with Account Directors to align overlay prospecting strategies in the market and meet annual revenue targets.

  • Execute a new logo territory prospecting plan to identify the needs of new potential clients.

  • Create great first impressions with our prospects and clients by providing them with a world class experience.

  • Meet weekly prospecting goals, pipeline acceleration goals and booking goals for your assigned territory.

Who you are:

We are looking for someone who will embody our company culture and values while working to grow and close SaaS eDiscovery business selling Epiq's new eDiscovery platform. If you're looking for a ground floor opportunity in a global industry leader, this may be the position for you!

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 5 years of inside sales experience selling and closing SaaS platforms and associated services. Prospecting at the VP level is requited.

  • Experience in eDiscovery sales, and/or selling into law firms and legal departments is a plus.

  • Proven high-achiever with a track record of selling success where you've met or exceeded goals.

  • Must be tech savvy with working experience of salesforce.com, sales automation tools (e.g. Outreach, SalesLoft, Xant, etc.) social media tools and techniques, and knowledge of sales enablement tools.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment, candidate should demonstrate enthusiasm, competitive fire, self-motivation and strong team skills.

  • Pick up quickly on new technology, solutions, verticals and sales strategies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communicator - Presentation and articulation of complex details, value proposition and ability to instill confidence in clients.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience #LI-RC1
