  What you will do:
  • The specific duties include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
  • Support the full lifecycle of eDiscovery requests, including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI).
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and IT teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to litigation and investigation requests.
  • Provide Tier 2 Remote Support for Purview eDiscovery requests
  • Coordinate Tier 3 Support, as required
  • Utilize Microsoft Purview eDiscovery to support eDiscovery search requests
  • Maintain chain-of-custody documentation and ensure data integrity throughout the eDiscovery process.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation for eDiscovery workflows.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to stakeholders on eDiscovery best practices.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with federal regulations, DoD policies, and organizational standards.
  • Prepare reports and metrics on eDiscovery activities and outcomes.
  • Participate in audits and assessments related to data handling and legal compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection and security protocols.

What you will bring:
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance (required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in eDiscovery related practice area and/or 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, or related legal/IT support roles
  • Strong Experience with Microsoft Purview or Microsoft eDiscovery tools
  • Familiarity with the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model) framework
  • Strong understanding of federal and DoD data handling and privacy regulations
  • Strong familiarity with the Microsoft 365 Ecosystem
  • Successfully passed the Microsoft SC-400 exam for Microsoft Information Protection, or able to pass the exam within 6-months

How you will wow us:
  • Experience supporting eDiscovery in a federal or DoD environment
  • Related certifications such as CEDS (Certified E-Discovery Specialist)
  • Experience with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Nuix, or Clearwell
  • Familiarity with FOIA and other government disclosure processes
  • Working knowledge of Army and/or DoD IT systems and data governance policies

At JCS Solutions, compensation is based on a number of factors such as location, qualifications, and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00
