Job description

Hansen Talent Group is seeking an EDI Integration Specialist to join a growing, enterprise IT organization supporting healthcare claims and processes.
The EDI Integration Specialist will be responsible for supporting and implementing EDI systems and translators, working heavily with x12 as well as TIBCO and Sterling product suites.
DUTIES:
  • Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the electronic exchange of business documents between an organization. Work closely with business units and technical teams to understand business requirements and set up technical specifications.
  • Integrate client systems with EDI environment to support data exchanges, supporting API integrations and performance.
  • Design and develop EDI maps using X12 to translate backend system data into formats required by client. 
  • Configure secure data exchanges to meet business and industry compliance requirements. 
  • Support the implementation of a new EDI front end and translator, working heavily with TIBCO and Sterling translators.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to file submissions and report retrieval as well as problems within multi-tier system environments.
