Winston Benefits, a Brown & Brown company, is seeking an EDI Data Analyst responsible for collecting and analyzing both incoming and outgoing data and distributing to the appropriate parties. We are seeking an individual that is focused, organized and able to juggle multiple competing priorities while interacting with internal and external parties.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Reviewboth internal and externalfile load reportsand preformappropriate actions required.
  • This includes working with external vendors to resolve issues.
  • Ensure imports and exports meet file requirements.
  • Monitor file creationsand transfersto ensure onaccurateandtimelyprocessing.
  • Identify root cause and provide solution.
  • Work with multiple departments to resolve issue and improve workflow.
  • Support overall EDI Team.
  • Create and review test cases for file feeds.
  • Update existing mappings and rulesdocumentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, mathematically inclined, andcanwork independently.
  • Must have strong analytical skills for effective problem solving.
  • Strong focus on deadlines and deliverables - able to find defects and bugs quickly.
  • Experience working with overlapping product release cycles.
  • AdvancedMS Office Word and Excel skills.
  • Experience withMicrosoftSQL.
  • General understanding of data schemas and structures.

Pay Range

20 - 25 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
