Athletic Edge Physiotherapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Santa Rosa, California. The position is based onsite at our rehabilitation center in the beautiful city of Santa Rosa, known for its welcoming atmosphere and vibrant community. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art therapeutic technologies and a range of rehabilitation tools, ensuring that our therapists have everything they need to help patients succeed.

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical abilities, limitations, and areas requiring improvement.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises targeted at improving strength and mobility.
• Educate patients on injury prevention techniques, proper body mechanics, and effective recovery strategies that can be practiced at home or in their daily lives.
• Systematically document patient progress and treatment responses, making necessary adjustments to care plans to meet evolving patient needs and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive approach to patient care that enhances recovery and promotes overall wellness.
• Engage in community outreach programs and patient education initiatives to raise awareness of orthopedic health and enhance physical therapy accessibility.
• Maintain a warm and nurturing environment in the clinic to foster positive relationships with patients and encourage their active participation in their rehabilitation journey.

• Active California State Physical Therapist License.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Solid understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation principles and manual therapy techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, fostering rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds.

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems to ensure efficient and accurate documentation.
• Continued professional development through workshops and certifications related to orthopedic physical therapy.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
