Description
The Launch Team Specialist plays a key role in onboarding across Chipr's sales programs. This role owns onboarding for our Dealer Program and is expected to become the go-to expert our Launch Team Manager can rely on when engaging with Dealer Program sales leadership. This role needs to represent onboarding with real depth and credibility. The Specialist also shares in the onboarding and credentialing work that spans all of our sales channels in partnership with other Launch Team Specialists.

Position Details
  • Type: W2, Part-Time
  • Hours: 8 hours/week to start, flexing up to 10-12 hours/week
  • Pay: $20/hour
  • Location: Hybrid, with in-office coverage coordinated across the team
  • Reports to: Launch Team Manager
Key Responsibilities
Dealer Program Ownership
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert and point of contact for Dealer Program onboarding.
  • Build deep, credible working relationships with Dealer Program sales leadership, and partner closely with the Owner Success Manager to ensure smooth onboarding and provide accurate, regular reporting on onboarding status
  • Master partner and dealer contract nuances, understanding specific service scopes to guide onboarding workflows accurately.
  • Manage Dealer Program support tickets and follow up with self-managing partners to verify completion of background checks, badging, and compliance requirements.
Shared Onboarding & Credentialing (across all Launch Team sales channels):
  • Support credentialing, background check tracking, and systems access provisioning as part of the team's shared, batched onboarding processes
  • Create user access and troubleshoot issues with critical systems (CRMs, order processing tools, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Launch Team to continuously improve the onboarding experience based on feedback and best practices
  • Other duties associated with the role and Launch Team functions

  • 1+ years of experience in HR onboarding, administrative support, partner operations, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a relationship-building, customer-focused approach
  • Ability to quickly learn contract details, carrier requirements, and business tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other business tools is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
