River Edge Developmental, LLC is seeking a dedicated Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our compassionate family counseling team. This full-time remote position allows you to work from anywhere, ensuring you can balance your personal life while delivering quality care to our clients. Although primarily a remote setting, you will engage with colleagues and clients through secure teletherapy platforms, ensuring seamless communication and effective support. Our focus on collaboration is paramount; you will frequently work with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists to ensure holistic and integrated care.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to assess clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and available resources, laying the groundwork for successful treatment.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to provide individualized therapy for clients across various demographics.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, setting specific, measurable goals that align with clients' needs and aspirations.
• Collaborate with a treatment team to develop coordinated, client-centered treatment strategies that foster optimal recovery outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure the immediate well-being of clients requiring urgent support.
• Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to ethical and legal standards as outlined by our organization and licensing bodies.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops to offer clients additional avenues for support and communal healing.

Your work will focus on a diverse client base, including individuals facing life transitions, couples navigating relationship challenges, and families dealing with complex emotional dynamics. Our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences; therefore, your ability to relate with empathy and understanding will be crucial in establishing trusting therapeutic relationships.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state certification as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based treatment methodologies and therapeutic practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• At least two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, providing therapy and support services.
• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a variety of mental health concerns.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will have opportunities for performance-based bonuses that recognize your contributions to client outcomes and organizational success.
