Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to assess clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and available resources, laying the groundwork for successful treatment.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to provide individualized therapy for clients across various demographics.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans, setting specific, measurable goals that align with clients' needs and aspirations.
  • Collaborate with a treatment team to develop coordinated, client-centered treatment strategies that foster optimal recovery outcomes.
