River Edge Developmental, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our esteemed team in a remote capacity, focusing on mental health services within a Detox Center. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 90,000 and 105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to develop comprehensive understanding of client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual circumstances, goals, and cultural identities.
  • Skillfully implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various therapeutic settings including individual, family, couple, and group therapy.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that clients in acute distress receive prompt and effective care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation adhering to legal and regulatory standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Educate clients and their families through psychoeducational resources, empowering them with the skills to manage their mental health proactively.
  • Address outcome evaluations regularly to assess the effectiveness of therapy, adapting treatment plans to ensure optimal client outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in the field of mental health, continuously refining clinical skill and practice.
  • Uphold ethical standards of practice, ensuring confidentiality and respect for all client information.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses primarily on individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Preferred Experience
