Job description

About the Opportunity

Seekr is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Channels and Strategic Partnerships - Government to define and lead the strategic vision for our federal partner ecosystem and build, lead, and scale the team responsible for executing it. Reporting to executive leadership, this leader will own the partner and alliances strategy across the U.S. Public Sector market, set the multi-year roadmap for partner-driven revenue growth, and serve as the senior executive voice of Seekr within the federal partner community.

This is both a strategic and people-leadership role. The ideal candidate brings deep, established relationships across the Greater Washington, DC federal technology ecosystem, including systems integrators, cloud providers, OEMs, resellers, consulting firms, and emerging defense technology companies, along with a proven record of building partner organizations that materially accelerate revenue, expand bidding velocity on large federal captures, and position companies within priority government programs and contract vehicles.

This is a highly visible role working cross-functionally with Sales, Capture, Business Development, Product, Marketing, Finance, and the Executive Leadership Team, with regular exposure to the C-suite and board-level reporting on partner strategy and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the multi-year strategic vision for Seekr's federal partner, channel, and alliance ecosystem across Defense, Intelligence, Civilian, and Homeland Security markets
  • Set partner organization goals, revenue targets, and investment priorities in alignment with corporate growth strategy, and report on performance to executive leadership and the board
  • Serve as the senior executive sponsor for Seekr's most strategic partnerships, owning C-level and SVP-level relationships across the partner ecosystem
  • Shape company-level strategy by bringing partner ecosystem insight, federal market intelligence, and competitive dynamics into executive planning
  • Champion a partner-first growth motion across the company, ensuring Sales, Product, and Marketing strategies are aligned with the partner roadmap

Team Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Build, lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of channel and strategic partnerships professionals, including directors and senior managers
  • Establish team structure, territory and partner coverage models, performance metrics, and career development paths as the organization grows
  • Set clear goals and accountability frameworks for partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced revenue, and co-sell execution across the team
  • Recruit top channel and alliances talent and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and mission focus
  • Develop repeatable playbooks, operating cadences, and management systems that allow the partner organization to scale efficiently

Partner Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Own partner-driven pipeline and revenue targets that accelerate Seekr's federal growth objectives, with full accountability for results
  • Identify and prioritize strategic partnerships aligned to key federal AI, cybersecurity, and modernization initiatives
  • Direct co-selling motions with major federal systems integrators, cloud providers, and government-focused technology partners
  • Oversee joint account planning and opportunity development processes between Seekr teams and strategic partners
  • Drive expansion into large IDIQs, GWACs, OTAs, BPAs, and other federal procurement vehicles through strategic teaming and vehicle access strategies

Capture & Bidding Acceleration

  • Increase bidding velocity and win probability on large federal captures through strategic teaming and alliance engagement at the executive level
  • Guide the team in identifying and recruiting partners that strengthen Seekr's competitive positioning for major pursuits
  • Oversee teaming strategies for priority opportunities across DoD, IC, DHS, and Civilian agencies
  • Partner with capture and BD leadership to shape opportunities early in the procurement lifecycle
  • Institutionalize repeatable partner engagement models that improve proposal responsiveness, scale, and win rates
  • Maintain executive-level awareness of evolving federal acquisition trends, AI priorities, and competitive positioning

Ecosystem Development & Partner Programs

  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding of high-value partner organizations across the Greater Washington, DC region and broader federal market
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive leaders, alliance executives, capture leadership, and partner sales organizations
  • Own the design and maturation of a scalable federal partner program, including tiering, onboarding, enablement, certifications, incentives, and field engagement
  • Establish operational frameworks and systems for partner performance tracking, pipeline attribution, and co-sell execution
  • Represent Seekr as an executive speaker and presence at industry events, partner summits, federal conferences, and mission-focused ecosystem engagements

Enablement & Partner Readiness

  • Direct partner enablement strategy to ensure external teams can effectively position Seekr's AI platform and solutions
  • Oversee development of partner messaging, solution positioning, sales plays, and competitive differentiation materials
  • Ensure technical and sales training programs are delivered consistently across the partner ecosystem
  • Align partner enablement investments with evolving federal AI priorities and customer demand signals
Required Qualifications
  • Eligible for US Security Clearance; active Top Secret clearance preferred
  • 20+ years of experience in federal partnerships, alliances, channel sales, capture, or business development, including 10+ years leading and managing channel or partnerships teams
  • Proven success building and scaling partner organizations and strategic partnerships in the U.S. Public Sector market
  • Demonstrated experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performing teams of channel and alliances professionals
