Position Summary

The Table Games Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily table games operations, ensuring that all activities comply with company policies, gaming regulations, and internal controls. This position provides direction and coaching to table games dealers, manages guest interactions, and supports the Casino Operations Manager in achieving departmental goals related to service quality, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and direct dealers to ensure proper execution of all table games procedures and compliance with gaming regulations.
  • Monitor game activity, wager amounts, and player behavior to identify irregularities or potential issues.
  • Track and document guest play, including purchase amounts, wins/losses, and average bet size.
  • Maintain appropriate table inventory levels and coordinate fills and credits.
  • Issue and inspect playing cards and dice at the beginning of each shift for irregularities or defects.
  • Assist with scheduling, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions for table games team members.
  • Support ongoing team member development through mentorship, communication, and feedback.
  • Investigate and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Enforce all safety regulations and ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company, guest, and team member information.
  • Collaborate with management to recommend improvements to table games operations and guest experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Three (3) years of experience in table games operations, including time spent as a Dealer, Floor Supervisor, or Pit Supervisor
  • Strong understanding of table game rules, regulations, and internal control systems
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Working knowledge of player tracking systems and complimentary guidelines consistent with industry standards
  • Commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in a supervisory role within a regulated gaming environment

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Frequent standing and walking throughout the casino floor
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed
  • Exposure to noise, lighting variations, and secondhand smoke typical of gaming environments
  • Regular communication with guests and team members requiring verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Schedule - Swing Shift 

This is a full-time position. Team members must be able to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
