You'll work across Brand Marketing, Finance, Planning, and other partners to connect performance insights with business action.

It's a strong fit for someone who understands e-commerce commercially, not just reporting the numbers, but interpreting what they mean, spotting opportunities or risks, and using the data to guide decisions across Amazon and other digital channels.

In This Role, You'll Get To

  • Analyze full-funnel e-commerce performance to identify margin drivers, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of marketing performance, inventory, pricing, and promotions to improve sales and profitability.
  • Turn performance learnings into recommendations that improve customer experience, conversion, revenue, and margin.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot unauthorized seller patterns to help protect the customer experience and brand performance.
  • Oversee product data accuracy, taxonomy, categorization, and variation strategy across e-commerce channels.
  • Coordinate digital marketing priorities—including national media, retail media, SEO, and promotions—with e-commerce priorities and revenue targets.
  • Partner with Brand and Content teams on site enhancements, initiative prioritization, and post-launch performance measurement using agreed-upon KPIs.
  • Maintain and manage product assortment, pricing strategy, promotional calendars, and digital merchandising plans.
  • Use and optimize available datasets to support revenue, margin, and growth decisions.
  • Track key e-commerce performance metrics including conversion, traffic, average order value (AOV), lifetime value (LTV), and customer retention.
  • Monitor competitors, industry benchmarks, market trends, and customer insights to inform business decisions.
  • Support Marketing, Planning, and Finance with planned and ad hoc research, analysis, and reporting.
  • Manage budgets, invoice processing, and accruals related to e-commerce activities.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce sales and marketing roles, with demonstrated success achieving sales targets.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and online consumer behavior.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven business decisions and recommendations.
  • Experience analyzing e-commerce sales performance, pricing, promotions, inventory, forecasting, and key customer or channel metrics.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel; comfort working with business data, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong project-management skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and stay highly organized.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business, technical, and regulatory information and communicate it clearly.
  • Ability to perform standard business calculations, including discounts, percentages, proportions, commissions, and other basic mathematical calculations.
  • Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills, including the ability to follow written, verbal, and diagrammed instructions and resolve issues involving multiple variables.
  • Comfort working in a professional office environment with regular computer use and sitting, frequent speaking/hearing, occasional standing/walking/reaching/bending/crouching, and occasional lifting or moving of up to 10 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
