Job description

$120,000 - $140,000 a year
Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on operational and commercial role supporting a growing portfolio of consumer brands. You will be responsible for managing site performance, promotional calendars, paid media, and email and SMS programs, partnering closely with senior eCommerce leadership or owning initiatives end to end across multi-brand eCommerce websites.

You'll collaborate cross functionally with Digital Marketing, Creative, and Ecommerce teams to ensure the department operates as one cohesive unit.

The right person for this role is equally comfortable pulling a Shopify analytics report, briefing a promotional calendar, and troubleshooting why a collection page isn't displaying correctly. You connect strategy to execution without needing to be pushed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Site Performance & Merchandising

Manage day to day website performance, including traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and revenue.

Own site merchandising, including collection structure, product sequencing, homepage content, promotional banners, and seasonal updates.

Monitor overall site health, including broken links, out of stock products, incorrect pricing, and page performance, coordinating fixes as needed.

Lead weekly ecommerce reviews to identify opportunities, issues, and priorities.

Commercial & Campaign Execution

Manage promotional calendars, sale events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns in coordination with marketing and cross functional partners.

Partner with Digital Marketing on upcoming campaigns, ensuring paid media, email, and SEM activity align with site merchandising strategies.

Execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other advertising platforms, managing budgets, audience targeting, and creative rotation.

Brief Creative partners on campaign asset needs with clear expectations and timelines.

Track campaign performance post launch and provide reporting and recommendations.

Manage email and SMS strategy and execution, including send calendars, audience segmentation, automated flows, and performance reporting. Experience with Klaviyo and Attentive is preferred.

Team & Cross Functional Coordination

Serve as a key liaison between Ecommerce and Creative teams, managing asset request timelines and escalating gaps when necessary.

Coordinate with Ecommerce Operations and Logistics on product launches, inventory availability, and fulfillment timing.

Represent Ecommerce priorities in cross functional planning meetings.

Reporting & Optimization

Maintain and improve weekly and monthly ecommerce performance dashboards.

Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate, AOV, retention, and overall customer experience, prioritizing initiatives through a clear roadmap.

Own A/B testing across site content, product page layouts, and promotional strategies.

Report performance, blockers, and upcoming priorities to senior ecommerce leadership.

WHAT YOU BRING Required

4+ years of ecommerce management experience, ideally within apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or a multi brand DTC environment.

Strong Shopify expertise. You know how to merchandise collections, manage themes, run promotions, and pull reports without relying on IT support.

Proven ability to manage multiple brands, business units, or product categories simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth, profitability, and conversion optimization.

Experience owning promotional or content calendars and coordinating cross functional execution.

Proficiency with ecommerce analytics tools, including Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify Analytics, and email marketing reporting. Klaviyo experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to write concise creative briefs, facilitate productive meetings, and translate performance data into actionable insights.

Nice to Have

Experience working in a complex, multi-brand ecommerce environment.

WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE

You're energized by complexity rather than overwhelmed by it. You naturally keep projects moving and find solutions without losing sight of the details.

You're a bridge builder between Creative and Marketing, Operations and Ecommerce, and data and decision making. You don't wait for perfect processes to exist. You create structure, bring clarity, and help those around you move faster and more effectively.
