eCommerce Database Manager
JB Tools is looking for a detail-oriented eCommerce Database Manager to manage and maintain our catalog of tens of thousands of products across hundreds of suppliers.
This role is responsible for keeping product data, pricing, and online listings accurate and current.
Responsibilities
·         Maintain product data including pricing, UPCs, SKUs, weights, dimensions, descriptions, images, and specifications.
·         Process supplier price changes and promotional pricing.
·         Perform gap analysis between supplier catalogs and products listed on our stores.
·         Identify and add missing or new products.
·         Manage discontinued products and remove/deactivate them from our systems and websites.
·         Identify and correct inaccurate or incomplete product data.
·         Work extensively with supplier spreadsheets and large datasets.
·         Use Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools to improve efficiency and automate repetitive processes.
·         Help develop better processes for managing and maintaining our growing product catalog.
·         Collaborating with multiple departments
Qualifications
·         Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
·         Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
·         Comfortable working with large datasets containing tens of thousands of products.
·         Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·         Able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
·         Previous professional experience required.
·         Preferred: experience with Big Commerce and/or Google Merchant Center
·         eCommerce, product catalog, pricing, or database management experience preferred.
