Job description

About the Role:
Join JB Tools as a Warehouse Associate in Livonia, MI, where you'll play a crucial role in our operations. We are looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering quality service.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory with accuracy.
  • Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Forklift certification is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
