We are seeking a Spa Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.

Role Summary:

The Spa Front Desk Agent is responsible for ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional, luxurious, 5-Star service for all guests while creating a comfortable, relaxing personal experience. Some agent responsibilities include welcoming guests, checking guests in, preparing intake forms, booking future appointments, inquiring on guest well-being, providing treatment notes and being a spa ambassador.

We have a Part-Time position available.

All candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, customer service skills, and work ethics.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, management and co-workers to ensure mutual understanding.
  • Ability to provide legible communication.
  • Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
  • Previous experience handling money.

  • Must possess strong leadership qualities.
  • Ability to understand guests' service needs.
  • Ability to thrive during very high levels of business.
  • Ability to focus attention on details.
  • Ability to maintain good coordination while serving orders quickly.
