Join Our Team: Regional Sales Manager – Dodson Pest Control 

Dodson Pest Control, one of the largest family-owned pest control companies in North America, is seeking a high energy, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee and support sales activities across our Eastern Region, which include eastern Virginia, Washington D.C., Maryland, and southeastern West Virginia. With over 80 years of service excellence, we are committed to growth, integrity, and developing top talent.

This position is a salaried plus commission position, average earnings are $75,000 - $80,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with District Managers to interview and select qualified sales personnel.
  • Ensure new sales staff receive thorough training.
  • Verify that all sales personnel meet state registration or certification requirements.
  • Recommend qualified individuals for Wood Destroying Insect Report authorization.
  • Review daily sales activity and monthly lead logs to assess and enhance performance.
  • Conduct routine follow-ups to reinforce strong sales practices.
  • Review sales documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify performance gaps and make staffing recommendations to management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in pest control sales and/or service.
  • Strong reasoning and decision-making skills with intermediate math proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with 3 or fewer chargeable violations in the past 3 years.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly throughout the region.
  • Physically able to access tight or elevated spaces (e.g., crawlspaces, ladders).
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and use of digital tools (tablets, smartphones, etc.).
