The Role – Make Your Mark

As Northeast Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of Triplepoint’s mission, leading efforts to expand our footprint and drive revenue. This is a remote and in-territory position with occasional visits to corporate headquarters in Denver, Colorado, USA.

The ideal candidate for the Northeast Regional Manager role is a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales in the wastewater process industry. We are seeking someone who thrives in a remote setting yet can effectively collaborate with our team and clients. If you are energized by the challenge of significantly increasing sales pipeline, maintaining targeted gross profit averages, and expanding our network of outside representatives to achieve 100% domestic CN coverage, we encourage you to apply.

In this role, you’ll be empowered to:

  • Fuel Growth: Boost our sales pipeline and achieve ambitious sales goals, while maintaining profitability and impact. Maintaining a targeted gross profit average across all projects.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build and strengthen connections with end-users, engineers, regulators, and manufacturers’ reps, becoming a trusted resource they can count on.
  • Lead and Influence: Drive the sales process—from proposals to bids—ensuring our solutions are the top choice in a competitive market.
  • Master Complexity: Navigate a 3-5 year sales cycle, managing multifaceted projects valued at $300,000+ and establishing Triplepoint as an industry thought leader at conferences and events.
  • Managing and expanding an outside representative network, growing to 100% domestic CN coverage. Negotiating the proposal and competitive bid process in conjunction with outside sales representatives. Seeing projects through, from initial quoting to installation & ongoing operation.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Experience: 5+ years in wastewater process sales
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: Expertise in wastewater biological processes, and an in-depth understanding of large-scale project pricing and bidding.
  • Proven Success: A record of exceeding sales targets and building relationships that endure beyond projects.
  • Live in the Northeastern Unites States

Travel: 50-60%
