Responsibilities
As a Region Sales Manager you will be responsible for new revenue generation in your assigned territory. You will grow sales and generate new accounts through training, mentoring and managing field sales representatives as well as uncovering new business opportunities. You will be a key member in a team of heroes and problem solvers who provide solutions while selling our industry leading services and products.
This role requires 50%+ travel (dependent on business needs).

Your Daily Duties
  • Create, present, and submit sales proposals and collect owed money in a timely fashion
  • Develop relationships with customers, sister companies and external businesses that lead to the creation of new sales opportunities
  • Serve as a problem solver for our customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for their needs
  • Perform quality control visits and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfactory service
  • Complete our training and learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operations of the role
  • Provide technical and logistical assistance to field personnel as necessary/requested
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance of current sales staff

Qualifications
Work Environment:
We go where the wildlife goes! Candidates must be physically capable of safely performing the following job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to drive to various locations, often covering large territories
  • Frequent walking, standing, and moving through diverse types of terrain, including uneven ground, stairs, roofs, and sometimes slippery or muddy areas
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme heat, extreme cold, rain, snow, etc.)
  • Must have the ability to climb stairs and ladders safely
  • Must be able to crouch, kneel, bend, and stretch frequently

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required; four-year degree preferred
  • 5+ year sales management experience
  • Valid driver's license
