Job description

Physician - Ear, Nose, and Throat

Actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist physician to join our existing ENT department, as part of Granger's multi-specialty medical clinic in West Valley City, Utah.

The Physician is responsible for ENT-specific patient care, including but not limited to; evaluation and management, follow-up, medication management, procedures and implementing a treatment plan in conjunction with patient needs. Physician will manage patient charts within the current EMR; eClinicalWorks. Physician will share in call coverage.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Appropriate & applicable licensure, education & certification as a Physician in the state of Utah.
  • Proper insurance credentialing prior to patient care
  • Board Certification/Eligible in ABO - HNS
