We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant Relations Mangers to lead consultant growth and expand market share across the United States and globally, supporting organizations with both domestic and multinational footprints.
This role is central to driving sales through direct broker/client partnerships, and strategic alliances while collaborating cross-functionally with Business Development Representatives, Account Management, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams. You will play a key role in shaping growth within our Integrated Health Solutions portfolio, including EAP (Employee Assistance Programs), helping organizations improve employee wellbeing through innovative and impactful solutions.

Our team and what we'll accomplish together

TELUS Health's Integrated Health Solutions team is transforming how organizations support employee wellbeing through innovative EAP, virtual care, and behavioral health solutions. In this role, you'll lead our expansion across the US and global markets by building trusted partnerships with brokers and consultants-positioning TELUS Health as the preferred vendor of choice while directly driving new business growth and market share.

What you'll do

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders at target brokerage and consulting firms, establishing TELUS Health as a known, trusted partner across national and regional players

  • Lead the vendor credentialing and validation process, managing due diligence, security, and compliance requirements to secure preferred carrier and approved vendor status that unlocks access to broker producers and clients

  • Drive new business opportunities by securing internal broker introductions, speaking slots, and placement in RFP and finalist processes, converting broker credibility into qualified client pipeline in partnership with sales teams

  • Deliver training and enablement sessions that educate broker teams on TELUS Health's EAP, virtual care, behavioral health, and absence management solutions, ensuring consultants can confidently position our offerings to their clients

  • Maintain disciplined stakeholder mapping, relationship tracking, and pipeline reporting using Salesforce CRM, providing leadership with clear visibility into channel health, credentialing status, and growth opportunities by firm

  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to develop firm-specific engagement plans, co-branded materials, and events that reinforce TELUS Health's credibility and differentiation across the broker community

  • Represent the voice of the channel by gathering broker feedback and market intelligence, sharing insights with product and sales teams to refine positioning and identify market gaps TELUS Health is uniquely positioned to fill

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in consultant relations, broker channel management, vendor credentialing, or account management within healthcare, benefits, or employee wellbeing solutions

  • Established network and credibility within the US broker and consultant community, with direct experience engaging national and regional firms

  • Proven track record of success in complex, multinational sales environments with multiple stakeholders

  • Demonstrated expertise in building new relationships from the ground up and navigating firm structures to secure vendor validation and preferred carrier standing

  • Proven consultative selling and presentation skills with the ability to manage complex sales cycles autonomously from end-to-end

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for growth, results, and market expansion

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills with high professionalism and business acumen

  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the US region

Great-to-haves

  • Existing broker network or established book of business within the benefits consulting space

  • Experience in digital health, SaaS, or services-based solution selling

  • MBA or advanced business degree

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $125,000 - $130,000

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $180,000 - $190,000 (uncapped commission potential)
