Description

A ERP Analyst leads data management initiatives across multiple business functions and provides software programming services as needed. They transform complex business data into actionable architectures. Daily functions will be to partner with stakeholders across teams to improve operational performance and management information systems used in management decisions.

This position works closely with leadership teams, operations, finance, sales, supply chain, customer service, and others to identify opportunities, improve management information systems that support enterprise-wide analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into data and application base architectures.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders across teams to understand operational challenges and data needs.
  • Facilitate data-driven decision-making through ERP design and software programming.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical resources to align management information system solutions with organizational goals.
  • Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and database design initiatives.
  • Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) and software analysis tools to automate reporting and improve data accessibility.
  • Support ERP development product configuration, CRM, and enterprise system reporting enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual reporting processes through automation and advanced analytics.
  • Collaborate with engineering and development teams on data architecture, integrations, and system improvements.
  • Support data governance and best practices related to reporting and analytics standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to business intelligence capabilities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay current on emerging business intelligence technologies, analytics trends, and industry best practices.
  • Other duties assigned as needed to support the Senior ERP Analyst team leader and other management information system team goals and team leadership roles.

  • Advanced experience with BI and reporting platforms required such as: Microsoft Power BI / Tableau / Infor Birst, SQL Server, Microsoft Excel
  • Strong SQL, data modeling, and data visualization skills
  • Experience working with ERP and enterprise business systems
  • Experience with ERP and software platforms required such as Infor SCI, Oracle NetSuite, HubSpot
  • Experience with predictive analytics, automation, or data warehousing required
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or operations environments required
  • Project management experience and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies required

Job Detail:
