As anEnterprise Change Management Lead, EPMO, you willhelp leadersandteams move fromstrategy to adoption by defining anddrivingchange strategy for large-scale transformations. TheEnterprise Change Management Leadpartners with business stakeholders, program and project managers, HR, communications, training, technology, and other enterprise partners to bring the voice of the business into planning and governance. Change Strategy & Transformation Leadership
Leadand drivechange strategyforlarge-scale transformations, helping leaders align around the change, prepare the organization, manage resistance, reinforce adoption, and realize value.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:
Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.
The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives.
