Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. This role requires a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 CE platform, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE applications to meet business requirements.
  • Design and implement C# plugins, workflows, and custom business logic in Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Work with Dataverse to create, update, and manage data models and relationships.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other systems and applications using Power Automate, Azure Functions, Web APIs, and connectors.
  • Perform data migration and ensure data integrity.
  • Perform unit testing and provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Maintain best practices in ALM, source control (Azure Dev OPS/ GitHub Actions)

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 9 to 15 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CE development.
  • Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE applications.
  • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CE integration using REST APIs and web services.
  • Experience working with Dataverse, power Automate and Azure Services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps)
  • Familiarity with security mode in Dynamics 365 CE including authentication vis Azure AD and OAuth.
  • Experience with DevOps for packaging and deploying solutions using GitHub pipelines, CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidate should be able to design and then implement solutions.
  • Team player with strong attitude and work ethics.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Candidate is expected to work with global teams and hence should be clear in both verbal and written communication

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86129 - $127189

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
