Position Description
Employees in this role are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing intelligent business solutions using Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Power Platform technologies. The position focuses on building AI-driven applications, conversational agents, automation solutions, and intelligent workflows that improve business processes, customer experiences, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered automation. This role requires the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
•    Analyze business requirements and design AI-powered solutions using machine learning, Generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), conversational AI, and intelligent automation technologies. 
•    Develop, configure, and deploy custom AI agents and Copilot experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 Customer Service Omnichannel. 
•    Build intelligent automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Cognitive Services, and external knowledge sources. 
•    Apply prompt engineering techniques, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and knowledge grounding strategies to optimize AI responses and improve user experiences. 
•    Design AI-driven applications that generate recommendations, extract insights, automate processes, and enhance decision-making. 
•    Perform experimentation, testing, and optimization of AI models and solutions to improve accuracy, scalability, and business value. 
•    Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services, APIs, knowledge repositories, and enterprise applications to support AI-powered workflows. 
•    Develop conversational AI solutions, virtual assistants, and intelligent customer service capabilities. 
•    Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 including: 
o    Forms, tabs, sections, sub-grids, views, dashboards, business process flows, and sitemap navigation. 
o    Web Resources, iFrames, Ribbon customizations, and JavaScript enhancements. 
o    CRM solutions and application customizations. 
•    Develop Dynamics 365 customizations using: 
o    C# 
o    JavaScript / TypeScript 
o    XRM Framework 
o    OData and Web API integrations 
o    Plug-ins 
o    Custom workflows 
•    Develop Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Apps. 
•    Create integrations using: 
o    Power Automate 
o    Azure Logic Apps 
o    Azure Functions 
o    REST APIs / Web APIs 
•    Develop and maintain CRM portals and custom portal solutions. 
•    Collaborate with PDO teams, architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives. 
•    Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, unit testing, QA activities, and Agile development processes. 
•    Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance challenges, data problems, and production defects. 
•    Maintain technical documentation, development standards, and application support processes. 
•    Support software upgrades, platform enhancements, and vendor-recommended updates. 
•    Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to business processes.

Required Skills
Dynamics 365, AI, and Development Technologies
•    5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, development, and solution deployment. 
•    2+ years of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) and implementing AI/Copilot capabilities within Dynamics 365. 
•    Strong experience developing applications using: 
o    C# 
o    ASP.NET 
o    JavaScript 
o    TypeScript 
•    Hands-on experience with: 
o    Dynamics 365 Plug-in Development 
o    Custom Workflows 
o    Business Process Flows (BPF) 
o    Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)

•    5+ years of experience using GitHub or Git-based source control systems.
