Als Finance Consultant ben jij de schakel tussen complexe financiele en administratieve processen en een optimaal werkend Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O-systeem. Je werkt nauw samen met key-users, begeleidt optimalisatietrajecten en adviseert over nieuwe Microsoft-ontwikkelingen. Jouw kennis en communicatieve kracht zorgen voor sterke partnerships en innovatieve oplossingen voor onze klanten.

Jouw reisgezelschap

Bij HSO Managed Services werk je in klantenteams die end-to-end verantwoordelijk zijn. Techniek, business en change komen samen, waardoor je korte lijnen, snelle besluitvorming en nauwe samenwerking met de klant ervaart. Je rol gaat verder dan beheer: je adviseert, innoveert en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor proactieve monitoring, incidentmanagement, roadmap en optimalisatie van kritische processen. Samen met je collega's creeer je jouw eigen groeipad.

Jouw bijdrage aan de reis

  • Het samenwerken met collega's binnen klantteam, om zo de maximale waarde voor onze klanten en opdrachten te realiseren;
  • Het uitdragen van advies over toekomstige Microsoft-ontwikkelingen;
  • Het faciliteren van de klantreis door het voorbereiden en organiseren van het business ritme (maandelijks operationeel overleg) met de klanten binnen het klantenteam;
  • Signaleren van klantbehoeften en vertalen naar verbeteracties;
  • Bijdrage leveren aan inspiratiesessies en tactisch-strategische klantontwikkeling;
  • Het oplossen van incidenten, het ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van processen aan onze klanten;
  • Het actief afstemmen met jouw Service Delivery Manager of Customer Team Manager en klanten over de voortgang van verbeteringen en het in kaart brengen van potentiele kansen en eventuele uitdagingen.

Wat neem jij mee? 

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant, of ervaring vanuit Finance waarbij je aantoonbaar IT-ervaring hebt opgedaan (bijv. in implementatieprojecten of in een key-userrol);
  • Kennis van D365 F&O;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Engels als Nederlands;
  • Het vermogen om complexe informatie helder over te brengen en kansen te signaleren;
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden;
  • Teamspirit, leergierigheid en gedreven.
