Strategic Ventures is currently recruiting a Junior Knowledge Manager to join our team onsite at Ft. Meade. The KM will support mission teams by organizing, maintaining, and improving access to operational and administrative information in a classified intelligence environment. This role focuses on information flow, documentation, and collaboration tools to ensure personnel can quickly locate and share critical knowledge in support of cyber and intelligence operations.


The Knowledge Manager will:

· Organize, maintain, and update knowledge repositories, shared drives, and collaboration platforms in a classified environment

· Assist with document control, versioning, and information governance processes

· Support knowledge-sharing initiatives, lessons learned, and continuity documentation

· Coordinate with operational, intelligence, and staff personnel to ensure timely access to accurate information

· Assist with basic reporting, tracking, and administrative support related to knowledge management activities

· Adhere to all security, classification, and handling requirements


Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

· 3+ years experience in intelligence, national security, cyber, or related field

· Active TS/SCI/CI Poly Required

· Familiarity with classified information handling and security protocols

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to follow established processes and work effectively in a team environment


Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Experience supporting DoD or IC programs
