DAY IN THE LIFE
You normally work from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
As a CSR - Customer Service Representative, you ensure seamless communication between our customers and our service team. With an upbeat and friendly attitude, you answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, efficiently dispatch field crews, and respond to our customers' questions and concerns. You also manage social media platforms to promote our online presence and facilitate positive customer interactions. Your ability to effectively communicate information contributes to smooth workdays at our office!
REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service representative experience
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated attitude and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, including using a computer, sitting for extended periods, and moving objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • 1+ year of experience with Service Titan, preferred

Customer service experience would be a plus! Experience with ServiceTitan software would also be preferred.
