The Digital Media Strategist develops, executes, and optimizes digital media strategies that help clients achieve their business objectives. This role combines strategic thinking, analytical decision-making, and hands-on campaign management across multiple digital channels. The Digital Media Strategist works closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-performing campaigns, uncover growth opportunities, and ensure media investments generate measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute day-to-day media buying activities, including campaign setup, audience targeting, keyword research, budget management, bid adjustments, testing, and optimization across digital advertising platforms
  • Create and implement strategies for digital media campaigns across search (SEM), display advertising, social media, and video marketing channels
  • Allocate and manage budgets for various campaigns, optimizing spend to maximize ROI
  • Apply financial acumen to budgeting, projections, revenue metrics, and assist with media billing
  • Analyze market data to identify target audiences, ensuring campaigns are tailored to reach the right people
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance using platform metrics and analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to improve results and drive strategy forward
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, experimentation, and growth within digital campaigns

  • Strong understanding of campaign budgeting, projections, and revenue metrics
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns within platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar digital advertising platforms
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms like monday.com or similar tools
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
