About the role

Seattle Dumpling House is hiring an experienced dumpling wrapper to support our growing production volume. This is contract, piece-rate work — you're paid per dumpling tray, and you set your own hours. This is dumpling wrapping work built around your schedule!


What you'll do

  • Hand-wrap dumplings to spec. (fold style, fill weight, seal quality) from prepped filling
  • Meet agreed production volumes for scheduled batches
  • Follow food safety and consistency standards


What we're looking for

  • Prior experience wrapping dumplings or dim sum at volume
  • Speed and consistency in hand-folding technique
  • Reliable, able to hit agreed deadlines
  • Food handler's card (or willing to obtain one)
