At Lakeside Foods, we’re not your typical warehouse job. Our Packaging Center in Manitowoc is clean, safe, and fast-paced—with a team that works hard and has each other’s backs. As a Dumper Attendant, you’ll stay active, earn solid pay, and gain real work experience—all while making some extra cash this summer. What You’ll Get:

What You’ll Do:

  • Dump product onto the line for packaging.
  • Ensure a steady flow of product.
  • Chop frozen product when necessary to ensure constant flow of product.
  • Communicate with Forklift Drivers to ensure availability of product to run line, as well as having empty totes removed.
  • Communicate with Machine Operators to maintain desired flow of product or changes in production codes.
  • Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED, preferred.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Safety mindset.
  • Ability to climb a ladder to get to the workstation.
  • Ability to lift and/or move a bar weighing up to 30 lbs. and to be able to chop frozen vegetables.
