General Laborer – Night Shift

Green Bay, WI | $17.00/hour | Temp-to-Hire

We are hiring a General Laborer for a well-established manufacturer in Green Bay that produces absorbent nonwoven materials. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent night-shift manufacturing position with the potential to be hired on permanently.

Schedule & Pay
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
  • $17.00 per hour
  • Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
  • 12-hour shifts provide more days off throughout the month
What You'll Do

As a General Laborer, you'll work as part of the production team to keep daily operations running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assist with the production and packaging of absorbent nonwoven materials
  • Support machine operators and production lines as needed
  • Package and palletize finished products
  • Prepare finished products for shipment
  • Assist with loading trailers
  • Perform repetitive production and material-handling tasks
