The Dual Sales Manager is responsible for leading and executing strategic sales initiatives across two or more hotel properties, driving revenue performance in alignment with each hotel’s overall marketing and business plan. This role focuses on maximizing RevPAR, occupancy, and ADR while delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong financial results.

This position requires a proactive and results-driven leader who can identify new business opportunities, build and maintain key client relationships, and effectively position each property within its competitive market. The Dual Sales Manager will oversee all sales activities, ensure brand and company standards are met, and serve as a key partner to property leadership in achieving revenue goals.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced hospitality professional who brings energy, accountability, and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is committed to cultivating meaningful relationships—both within the local business community and across the hotel teams—to drive long-term success and an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and direct sales activities in alignment with the company’s marketing plans at Wingate by Wyndham Altoona Downtown/Medical Center and Microtel Altoona.
  • Manage sales operations for both properties, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols.
  • Maximize guest satisfaction through strategic sales initiatives and relationship management.
  • Achieve revenue targets, including RevPAR, occupancy, and ADR goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships within the local business community.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales strategies and promotions.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to cultivate an exceptional guest experience.
