Position Overview

This is a dual CSR / Dispatcher role with a primary focus on dispatching operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, confident on the phone, and experienced with scheduling and coordinating teams in real time.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and adjusting technician schedules throughout the day
  • Dispatching calls efficiently and effectively
  • Outbound calling to existing customers (no cold calling)
  • Providing excellent customer communication and support
  • Coordinating with team members using Slack and Google Workspace
  • Keeping operations organized in a fast-moving environment

What We're Looking For

  • Prior dispatching experience is required
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is strongly preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace and Slack
  • Someone who wants a career โ€” not just an office job

We are open to candidates with dispatching experience from other industries, including emergency services or similar high-volume environments.

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 7:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM

Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience and overall fit for the role.
